At Corporate Menace Coffee Co., we take great pride in providing you with the freshest coffee, roasted and shipped to order. Because each batch is roasted specifically for your order, we’ve designed our shipping process to ensure that your coffee arrives at peak flavor. Below, you'll find our shipping guidelines to help set proper expectations for you and your customers.

Order Processing and Shipping Timeline

– Roast-to-Order: All of our coffee is roasted after the order is placed to ensure the freshest product. This means we typically need 3-5 business days to process, roast, and prepare your order for shipment. Please note, this timeframe may be extended during high-volume periods such as the holidays.

– Shipping Days:Once an order is processed, it will generally ship within 1-5 business days from the time of pickup by USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method. 

– Order Queue: Orders are processed every business day, and once payment is cleared, your order enters the roasting and fulfillment queue.

Modifications: If you need to modify an order, please contact us immediately at orders@corporatemenacecoffee.com with your order number and specific changes. Please note, once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, no changes can be made.

Expedited Shipping

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping, as we believe it may create unrealistic expectations for freshness. The roasting process is essential to delivering coffee at its peak flavor, and faster shipping methods may compromise the quality of your coffee. Rest assured, our standard processing and shipping timeline is optimized to ensure the best experience for you and your customers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If your order appears as “pre-shipment,” this means the label has been created, but the package has not yet been picked up by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once the package is in transit.

Shipping Packaging

We carefully package each order to ensure your coffee arrives in perfect condition. The shipping method and packaging are chosen based on what works best for the size and weight of your order. We use sustainable packaging whenever possible.

Additional Notes

– Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times can be affected by weather, holidays, and other unforeseen factors. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we will always strive to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible.

– Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee.
